 Introduction Plus:

  • Advertise your property within our premises, shop front prime location for two weeks, via the telephone, e-mail and on the internet via Rightmove.
  • Keep you the landlord updated on a regular basis with developments.
  • Carry out assisted viewings as and when arranged by us.
  • Ascertain credit checks, references, deposits and rents from prospective tenants.
  • Fully register any prospective viewers at the property before giving details out regarding your property.
  • We can (at an additional cost) carry out an inventory prior to tenants moving in.

 

Full Management:

  • Advertise your property within our premises plus shop front prime location for two weeks, via the telephone, e-mail and on the internet via Rightmove.
  • Keep you the landlord updated on a regular basis with developments.
  • Carry out assisted viewings as and when arranged by us.
  • Ascertain credit checks, references, deposits and rents from prospective tenants.
  • Fully register any prospective viewers at the property before giving details out regarding your property.
  • We can (at an additional cost) carry out an inventory prior to tenants moving in.
  • Deal with any repairs on your behalf keeping you fully updated on issues and developments. We will endeavour to gain your full consent before any work goes ahead.
  • Ensure all rules and regulations are upheld according to the terms of the contract.
  • Collect rent and distribute to the relevant landlord.
  • We will deal with insurance claims on the property on your behalf.
  • We carry out periodic property inspections to maintain and monitor the condition of the property and will advise you on our findings. Inspections will keep you updated regularly throughout the period that the property is let for.
  • We will handle utility bills and re-direction of post.
  • We will carry out a full check out and offer a report to you of our findings.
  • We will liaise between you and the tenants in dealing with deposits.
  • We have a fully qualified accountant dealing with your property who can be contacted with queries.
  • We will arrange gas safety checks as needed (additional cost applies).
  • We will advise you helping the letting easier to manage.
